Blue Observe Jazz Competition Pop Up in Miami Seashore for Black Music Month


[MIAMI BEACH] – At the moment, Blue Observe Jazz Competition proclaims a particular Miami Seashore Seashore Pop Up in partnership with The Rhythm Basis. George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic will kick off Blue Observe’s Miami programming on Friday, June 3. Recording each as Parliament and Funkadelic, George Clinton revolutionized R&B throughout the ’70s, twisting soul music into funk by including influences from a number of late-’60s acid heroes: Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, and Sly Stone. The Parliament/Funkadelic machine dominated black music throughout the ’70s, capturing over 40 R&B hit singles (together with three quantity ones) and recording three platinum albums.

 The sequence will shut on June tenth with a headline live performance by Robert Glasper.
